BRUNCH SELECTION Ruffle Sojok Scramble Truffled scrambled eggs with spicy lamb sausage, rich tomato relish, and fresh parsley. Persian Spiced Omelette (V) A fragrant medley of Persian spices and garden herbs for a delicately aromatic finish. Shakshuka with Persian Feta (V) Soft-poached eggs simmered in a warm spiced tomato and pepper sauce, crowned with Persian feta and served with artisan bread.
